Music Performance

Krista Papista is a half-Cypriot, half-Australian music producer, performer and video director based in Berlin. Having released two albums up to date, the most current one being ``Sultana``, Krista Papista's provocative sordid-pop style has become incredibly identifiable as a vehicle for female and queer empowerment. Her music is truly unique and her songs, along with their music videos, continuously dismantle heteronormative ideals and hierarchical power structures through sonic and lyrical explorations.

Her new single and music video for ``Caravaggio`` will be released this June.

This year, we invited Krista Papista to take centre stage at Ypsilon and headline at Thessaloniki Queer Arts Festival's 2019 Closing Party on the 23rd of June.

This is an event you don’t want to miss! Come join us on June 23 at 23:00 to enjoy Krista Papista’s rippling rhythms, sordid pop spirit and smooth vocals. Let’s celebrate the end of this year’s TQAF with Eros!
