Dimitris Tairis (b.1989) is a photographer from Thessaloniki where he started his studies on Stereosis School of Photography. He moved to Athens where he completed workshops and studentships alongside renowned photographers/teachers to sharpen his photographic style and develop his work both technically and theoretically. Most of his work is based on color negative film. He took part in numerous workshops, projects, festivals and exhibitions such as the Inspire Project at Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art (MOMus) in 2018. His latest body of work is the self-published photobook The Urge.
