Carolina Dutca is a multidisciplinary artist working with photography, video, archive and text. Born in Transnistria in 1995, Carolina Dutca studied documentary photography and photojournalism in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. Carolina uses a variety of materials and processes in each project. Although there may not always be material similarities between her different works, they are linked by subject recurrences. Today, her art projects are connected by the theme of relationships, love, home, memory, self-identification, acceptance, game and creative process. Exhibitions and screenings of her works have been held in the Czech Republic, Serbia, Germany, France, Romania, Guyana, Brazil, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, and Transnistria.
